Open URLs quickly

If you want to open a URL without starting a browser, and then typing the correct URL into the address bar...

If you have a Windows keyboard:
  1. Hold down the Windows key (located on the bottom left of the keyboard between Ctrl and Alt).
  2. Press R. The Run dialog should now be showing.
  3. Type the URL (example: http://www.wildcomputer.com/) then press Return.
If you don't have a Window keyboard:
  1. Hold down the Ctrl key and press Esc.
  2. Press R. The Run dialog should now be showing.
  3. Type the URL (example: http://www.wildcomputer.com/) then press Return.
