Here's how to add a new category to your AOL profile:
  1. Go to the member directory
  2. Click Create or Update my Profile
  3. Go to your name, immediately after that press Ctrl+Backspace (Backspace is the key above Return next to the +/= key).
  4. Enter the category name you want followed by a colon - example My Dog : Rover
